Tai Chi: The perfect exercise for pregnancy

The video is really good. I went through the exercises myself tonight and loved it, and I'm not pregnant!

The bonus is the mama who made the video is my acupuncture physician. She's amazing!

I highly recommend this dvd. :)

March 17, 8:21pm, Ellis Seriah Jones, 7 lb, 20.5 in.

Molly couldn't have asked for a better labor, 4 hours at the hospital, 10 minutes pushing. This experience was much smoother than Asa's birth. Molly said it was almost healing for her. Her head is perfectly round like a C-section baby. She's healthy and nursing well.

Molly is having her baby!!!!!

Her water broke this morning and she's laboring away.

Easy Labor Vibes to her and that new little girl. Can't wait to hear the news!!!!

Baby Girl is here! She was born this evening weighing 7lbs! Congratulations Molly!!!!!
